Why we started AiLiveAgents.com

Silvano and Vince met on April 4th 2022 when Vince got back to his native region of Puglia in Southern Italy.

After connecting on Linkedin as fellow geeks the two met in Bari for a tech event and grabbed coffee. 

They started bouncing off software, startups and tech ideas until in 2024 while looking at a list of the latest YC batch by the coast in Bari, at a nice cafe called Biglietteria, they realized that Live Chats are still mostly powered by humans or by AI that is hard to manage.

So they started to define the product and found a great brand: AiLiveAgents.com 

We really want to simplify the way Live Chats are created, managed and operated.

Vince has tried most of the live chats on the market (Intercom.com, crisp.com, customerly.io, Tidio.com) but they were either

• Too expensive
• Hard to use
• Didn't have good mobile apps
• AI was hard to integrate or get to work

So we found the motivation and interest to start building a new service.
